The bun is very tight and cannot be twirled twice

Hello, Thank you for bringing this up into our attention.

We would like to inform you, that our scrunchie bun can only be folded when you actual hair bun is very small but yes even on medium size it still can easily be twisted you just have to push through little more. You can place the bun and play it around a little and you're good to go! To twist the bun you can try on half up bun hairstyle. We would highly recommed you to watch our videos.

The scrunchy buns both black and grey are great. The curly hair is a little disappointing because it has lost its shape in 2-3 wears and I’d now useless for me. If only I could exchange it for a fresh piece.
