UPDATING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Updating: You can make changes in your order detail or shipping address within 24 hours, however we cannot promise because the order processing starts as soon as we receive the order. You can email us your order details at care@gemeriahair.in or replying on the email of your order confirmation mail, we will try our best to make the changes.

Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours, via email on care@gemeriahair.in or replying on the email of your order confirmation mail.

  • If you cancel your order after it's being shipped, then do not accept the packet and after receiving back the packet/items by the shipping partner, we will initiate your refund after deducting Rs. 200.
  • No cancellation will be done on EMI/BNPL orders, however store credit can be opted after deducting Rs.200 or 5%, whichever will be higher.
  • No cancellation or changes will be done on sale/discounted items.
  • No returns or exchanges on sale/discounted items.
  • No previous orders will be cancelled to avail the sale/discount, some cases we can process the store credit only after the sale ends
